Purchases
Carelist is free to download. Creating a family is a one-time $4.99 in-app purchase, and people you invite join for free. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple, and use of the app is also covered by Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Not Medical Advice
Carelist organizes information you enter yourself. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always confirm medications and doses with your healthcare provider or pharmacist, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
Reminders
Reminders are delivered by your device and depend on its notification and Focus settings, so they may be delayed or not appear. Don't rely on Carelist as your only way to remember time-sensitive medication.
Your Information
You own what you enter and are responsible for its accuracy. It's stored on your device and in your iCloud account, not with us, so we can't recover it if it's lost. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Sharing
People you invite to a family can see its information and, depending on the permissions you choose, change it. Only share information about others, including your children, if you're their parent or guardian or are otherwise allowed to.
Acceptable Use
Use Carelist only for lawful purposes, and don't try to interfere with the app or get around its protections.
No Warranty
Carelist is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or for damages from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Carelist means you accept the current version.
